Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Search Engine news to stay abreast of algorithmic updates.
  • Develop & execute SEO strategy.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of SEO and organic search methods.
  • Create and implement aggressive On Page SEO strategy based on in-depth research and analysis.
  • Review and analyze websites for areas that need to improved, deleted, or revised.
  • Responsible for building high quality link building strategies.
  • Actively measure results on a daily/weekly basis, also keeping in mind key performance indicators (bounce rate, page views, lead volume, etc.)
  • Continually monitoring organic search rankings to increase traffic and leads.
  • Analyzing website as per changes in Google’s ranking algorithm.
  • Report on the overall SEO health of websites and rolling up SEO reports in a meaningful way.
  • Troubleshoot SEO problems & propose resolutions for SEO implementation issues on the website.
  • Stay on top of current search engine news, trends, SEO practices, and emerging items of interest.
  • Work with web and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming for our websites.

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in SEO industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of Google Analytics and Webmaster tools.
  • Strong project management & teamwork execution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Post-graduate degree and/or diploma in IT, Internet/Search Engine Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process.
  • Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, Keyword Discovery).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources
